1. Who we are
Her Kind of Find (“we”, “us”) is operated by CCS Solutions, a company licensed in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

2. What this service is, and what it is not
We are a curation service. We search publicly available listings on third-party luxury resale websites and email you a selection matched to the preferences you give us.
We are not a retailer. We do not own, hold, sell, ship, authenticate, value, inspect or handle any item we show you. Every purchase is a transaction between you and the merchant listing the item. Their terms, prices, shipping, duties, returns, warranties and dispute processes apply, not ours.
We have no control over any merchant’s listings, stock, pricing, authentication practices or conduct.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use the service.
Accounts are currently created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You agree that the information you give us (sizes, preferences, budget, country) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The quality of what we send depends entirely on it.
4. What we can and cannot promise
We will use reasonable care in selecting items. We cannot promise that:
- an item will fit you, be authentic, be in the condition described, or match its photographs
- a listing will still be available, or at the same price, when you click through
- our size conversions are exact: sizing varies between houses and eras, and we work from what the merchant publishes
- any price represents good value, however we describe it
- the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Where a merchant states an estimated original retail price, we pass that on as the merchant’s estimate and label it as such. We do not independently verify it, and we say so wherever it appears.
5. Affiliate relationships
We may earn a commission when you click a link in our emails or on our site and go on to buy from that merchant.
This never affects what we recommend or how we rank it. Selections are made against your stated preferences before any commission consideration. We disclose the relationship in every email that contains affiliate links and in our Affiliate Disclosure.
You pay nothing extra as a result.
6. Price and availability
Prices shown are those published by the merchant at the time we last checked, in the merchant’s own currency. Where we show a converted price it is an estimate at an exchange rate we state, and it may not match what you are charged.
Where we show an estimated landed cost including shipping or duty, it is an estimate only. Actual charges are set by the merchant and by the customs authority in your country.
Resale inventory is one-of-one and moves quickly. An item may sell between our last check and your click.
7. Cost of the service
The service is currently free during beta. We may introduce paid tiers in future. If we do, we will tell you before anything changes, and no charge will ever be made without your explicit agreement.
8. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, copy, resell or systematically extract our content; use the service to build a competing product; attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours; or interfere with the service’s operation.
The selections, written rationales, fit notes and value assessments we produce are our content. Product photographs and listing details belong to the merchants.
9. Ending the service
You may unsubscribe or delete your account at any time. Unsubscribe takes effect immediately.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or discontinue the service entirely, on reasonable notice where possible.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from: a purchase you make from a merchant; an item’s authenticity, condition, fit or value; a merchant’s conduct, shipping, returns or refusal to refund; customs charges or seizure; or any inaccuracy in a listing we pass on in good faith.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least [14] days before they take effect. Each version is dated and numbered, and we record which version you accepted.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ajman have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may have the benefit of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence, which these terms do not remove.

1. Who is responsible
CCS Solutions, licensed in Ajman, UAE, is the data controller.

2. What we collect
You give us:
- Email address
- Clothing and shoe sizes, and the sizing system you use
- Optional body measurements: bust, waist, hip
- Style preferences, colours, categories, and things you never want to see
- Budget, currency and country
- Any specific item you are searching for
- Your consent choices, with the date and the version of the terms you accepted
We record as you use the service:
- Which emails you open and which links you click
- Items you save, skip or give feedback on
- Sign-in times and basic technical data such as IP address and browser
We do not collect: payment card details, government identifiers, or anything about your health, beliefs, ethnicity or sexuality. If you enter body measurements, they are used solely to judge whether a garment will fit.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis

Where we rely on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything done before you did.
4. Automated processing
We use automated systems, including AI models, to match items against your profile and to write the notes explaining each selection.
This decides what appears in your email. It has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and every selection links out to the merchant’s own listing so you can judge for yourself. You can correct the profile driving it at any time, and tell us when a selection is wrong.
We do not use your data to train AI models, and our suppliers are contractually restricted from doing so.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data.
We use these suppliers, who process data on our behalf under contract.

We do not share your personal data with the merchants. Some of our affiliate links route through an affiliate network — currently CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) — before reaching the merchant, so the merchant can attribute the referral and pay us a commission. If you have accepted affiliate tracking (see the banner shown on your first visit, and Section 10 below), CJ Affiliate places a short-lived tracking cookie at the point you click through; if you have not accepted it, or haven’t decided yet, the link goes straight to the merchant with no CJ tracking at all. Either way, the link never carries your name, email or profile — only an anonymous referral identifier. CJ Affiliate processes that click under its own privacy policy: cj.com/legal/privacy.
We may disclose data where required by law, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business, in which case you would be told.
6. International transfers
We are established in the UAE and our suppliers operate in the US and EU, so your data is transferred internationally.
Where required, these transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, cross-border transfers require an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

When you delete your account we permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep consent records to demonstrate compliance, or anything we are legally required to retain.
8. Your rights
Under both the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the GDPR you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we process it
- Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Complain to a supervisory authority: the UAE Data Office, or your local authority if you are in the EU or UK

9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to those who need it. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form.
If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify the relevant authority and you, without undue delay.
10. Cookies
We use what is necessary to run the site and keep you signed in, plus analytics to understand how the site is used.
We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own. The one exception is affiliate attribution: when you click through to buy from a merchant, an affiliate network (currently CJ Affiliate — see Section 5) may set a short-lived cookie to record that the referral came from us, so the merchant can pay us a commission.
This only happens if you have accepted it. On your first visit we show a banner asking specifically about affiliate tracking, separate from any general cookie notice, and no CJ Affiliate cookie is set until you accept it — declining, or simply not answering, sends you straight to the merchant with no tracking cookie at all. You can change your answer at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for herkindoffind.com.
11. Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
12. Changes
We will notify material changes before they take effect. Each version is dated and numbered.
